Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor that made her name known in the world of television after she was cast as Alex on One Tree Hill for the last three seasons. The series featured her first albums as country music which helped her debut album on the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached number ten. The decade ended by appearances on Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, grew to love the country genre. Later she would pursue an acting career. Her first professional role was as an actress in the indie horror flick Dead/Undead at the age of 22 when she was a teenager. NBC Friday Night Lights, second season 2007-2008. Following a string of guest roles for All My Children (including CSI: NY), she landed a recurring role as Noelle Davenport. Kramer then appeared on 90210 as Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, as well as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined One Tree Hill's cast in the role of Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the role until midway through the last season One Tree Hill. Kramer's second album Thirty One, was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped her album make it to the top ten of the Billboard 200. After a two-month stint in the 23rd Dancing with the Stars season the singer was ranked 4th. The same year, It's like Christmas with Straight No Chaser was hugely popular among adults.
