Tomas Garrido has been a composer for over thirty years. He is a conductor of orchestras. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is both a painter and musician. At the age of four, she began taking piano lessons and shortly after, she began ballet. In her early years, she had an English-speaking friend. After she had completed her high school studies, she joined at the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico. She was studying the interpretation of texts and interpretive techniques in her third years. Her role in this film earned her the Silver Biznaga and nominations for Goya Awards, including the best new actress.
